Our Fusion Tasting Experience is a limited-seat private dining format presented within Chef’s Kiss Food Festival, curated and hosted in collaboration with Chef Frixos Evangelou of Le Gouter.
Limited to 14 guests, the evening features a contemporary multi-course tasting menu inspired by Mediterranean influence, modern technique, and ingredient-led cuisine.
Each course has been thoughtfully created to explore contrast, texture, balance, and depth of flavour through a progression of carefully composed dishes, accompanied by a curated wine pairing selection to complement the menu.
Developed exclusively for Chef’s Kiss Food Festival, the experience offers a more intimate expression of contemporary dining through refined execution, and culinary craftsmanship.
